IBM Interview & Selection Process for Technicians.The IBM Selection Process is Divided in three part as given below:

1) Aptitude Test
2) Verbal Assessment
3) Final Interview.

Aptitude Test: The Aptitude test is a general online written examination of mathematics. The Mathematics section divided in two part Number Series and general Aptitude. Each and every question has 2.5 minute allot for all questions.The Total Number of questions in number series will be 18 question and same for 18 number of questions for general Aptitude.

Verbal Assessment : IBM English Assessment Test .In this section you will get 22 questions for 22 minute.The Verbal Assessment test is introduced general English grammar test and business writing letter.

Final Interview : In this section is easy for candidate because interviewers asking few general questions like your resume related ， Experience about knowledge IBM business and what's IBM doing etc.
